Hello yellow!

Hey hey hey!!!! I'm backkkkkkk......school is done and I have finally graduated (go me, go me).  I have still been buying polish and haven't stopped painting my nails.  Well today I have Zoya Darcy for you from the
2013 Zoya Stunning Collection.  I absolutely love this yellow.  This, like most yellows was a little tricky to apply. A little streaky with the first coat but it evened out nicely at 3 coats.  I will definitely be wearing this again.

A Jem of a Polish

Hey all! I'm baaacccckkkk! Since I'm back in school now, I haven't had much time to paint my nails or blog or much of anything. My nails have been in horrible shape, they've been breaking and everything. Well, today I have Zoya Jem for you. I absolutely love this color....it's a purpley color and it's perfect for fall. I started with a base of Zoya Anchor, 2 coats of Zoya Jem and a coat of NYC In a NYC Minute Quick Dry Top Coat. Until next time.....happy polishing!

My First Water Marble!!!!!

Hey all.....I'm super excited about my post today. It's my first water marble!!!  Yay me!  It is a tad bit messy but it's totally worth it!  The colors I used were Essie Midnight Cami, Turquoise and Caicos, Lapis of Luxury and Zoya Caitlin.

Of course I couldn't leave well enough alone
I added Covergirl Goddess,  a holo top coat!

So because I used a glitter top coat, I used a coat of Gelous and a coat of Seche Vite.  Now that I know how to do a water marble...this will definitely be my go to design when I want something funky!  Until next time .....happy polishing!

Zoya Dove

Today I'm wearing Zoya Dove, a cream grey color that is all the rage right now. The formula was kind of thin and streaky so I had to use three coats to get it fully opaque. I think this polish is work appropriate and when ever you feel like you need a break from darker colors. For my accent nail, I just added a coat of Teenage Dream.
Until next time happy polishing!

Zoya Valerie

OMG...I think I may have fallen in love!!! May I present to you Zoya Valerie. I absolutely love, love, love this color!!! It's a darkened purple, with shimmer, or glass flecks, whatever it is, I love it. I've had this for quite a while, but just decided to wear it. What the heck was I waiting on? This is base coato, two coats of Valerie and a coat of Seche Vite. Without further adieu:
It's almost as if she's glowing from within.....beautiful!!! Until next time, happy polishing!

Todays NOTD

Todays NOTD is Zoya Crystal. It's a turquoise color with gold glass flecks. I think it a beautiful color, just not sure I like it on me. There aren't too many glass flecked polishes I like on me. Not too sure why. Here goes:
This is two coats of Crystal and one coat of Seche Vite. I had a little shrinkage, but all is well. Until next time happy polishing!

Zoya Jules

Ok, I have mixed feelings about Zoya Jules....I really wanted to love it, especially after I saw it on Scrangie. Application was good, I just don't like this color on me.

Until next time....happy polishing!!!

St. Paddy's Day Mani

Sorry, I've been slacking on my blog :(. Anyway here is the mani I wore for St. Patrick's day. It was 3 coats of Zoya Suvi (a shimmery green)and one coat of Nfu Oh #52(purple jelly with green flakes and a touch of glitter)....flaky goodness! Sometimes it's green and sometimes it's blue depending on the light....love, love, love it!
