Today I have another polish from the Halo Hues collection....Blue Heaven.  A blue(hence the name) holo.  I love it and have been wearing it for the last few days which is a record for me.

It's Me Again

Hey all...I know I have been posting sporadically, but it has been because of school.  Well my semester ended yesterday and will be off for a month.  I have not been posting but I have still been painting my nails so there will be posts more often now.  There may even be one later today.

Color Club Halo Hues Cherubic

I have another polish from the Halo Hues Collection.....Cherubic. It's a taupe holo, it was opaque in one coat, but I always do two. This is very pretty and perfect if you want the wow factor, but still a little conservative.  I loved it and received plenty of compliments on this.  Until next time...happy polishing!!!

Color Club Halo-Graphic

Today I have one of the new holographic polished from Color Club as the title suggests...lol.  This is a pink holographic polish....there are two and Halo-graphic is the darker of the two.  I love all of it's holo-e goodness.  I like the formula if this better than the Layla Holos.  You can wear a regular base coat and top coat does not dull the holo effect.  This is 2 coats, with a base and top coat.  Now without further adieu on to the flix.

OPI Jade is the New Black

Today I have for you, OPI Jade is the New Black, a dusty mid toned green from the Hong Kong collection.  I picked this up about 2 yrs ago at one of my local grocery stores on clearance.  I'm not big on greens so I was hesitant to wear it but I finally did and I like it, I really like it! LOL, formula I know but I just couldn't resist.  This is 3 coats followed by a coat of Seche.

Leopard Print....Love it!

Ok, so I was trolling through nail blogs and came upon Chalkboard Nails.  She had done an awesome leopard print mani and I just had try it.  I used China Glaze I'm Not Lion, China Glaze Liquid Leather and a NYC polish I don't remember the name of right now.  It came out great and I received tons of compliments on it.  I will most definitely try the leopard mani again with different colors.

Jelly Sandwich Fail

Ok, so I was looking at another mail blog(sorry I can't remember the name) and came across a jelly sandwich that I wanted to try, OPI Y'all Come Back Now Ya Hear and Servin' Up Sparkle.  Well I didn't have Serving Up Sparkle but I did have Pirouette My Whistle, so that us what I used.  Can you say...hated it!  I know hate is a string word but I just did not like it.  On the other blogger it was gorgeous, not so much on me.  I used 2 coats of Y'all Come Back, 1 coat of Pirouette and another coat if Y'all Come Back all topped off with Revlon Quick Dry.  Not my fave and I took it off the next day :-(.  Until next time.....happy polishing!
